And now Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton’s romance is being recreated by Lindsay Lohan and Grant Bowler in new Lifetime biopic Liz and Dick.
I’m sorry. Lindsey Lohan has a certain appeal for sure, or at least she used to, but Elizabeth Taylor was not only one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood’s history, she had a sort of elegant, sophisticated beauty that is simply difficult to imagine Lindsey Lohan even appreciating, much less emulating.
I can’t help but think that hundreds of actresses would be better to pull of Elizabeth Taylor. Why the heck did they pick this wreck?
I try hard not to be catty about people’s looks, and Lindsey Lohan does have a certain raw girl-next-door appeal in some cases, but look at that photo. What are they going to do? Digitally create an hourglass figure for her?
