OK, I’ve more or less stabilized my weight at an average of 172 for a few weeks now. Sometimes I get as low as 169 and sometimes I’m back as high as 175, but I’m usually right around 172.
I’m increasing my exercise to include jogging now instead of just walking. We’ll see if that helps with this last ten pounds or so I want to lose. Still have just enough gut that I don’t feel like I’ve accomplished my goals.
However, my blood pressure is looking great and I feel better overall than I’ve felt in a long time. And I must admit, I find it a lot less painful to catch a glimpse of my fat ass in a store window as I’m shopping…

I have run into something similar. The first 10 pounds flew off with virtually no effort (just cut ice cream from my diet). Some new effort will be needed to go further.
