We got about a foot of snow. Not too bad. I think Denver actually got hit harder than we did (Denver is about forty-five miles from here.) We have had school closed for two days and they have yet to plow our roads, but other than running out of food and losing our power for about 20 minutes yesterday, no big deal.

Then again, if I’m out of peanut butter, I must have died and someone came in, stepped over my corpse and ate it all.
Heh… “running out of food” was a sort of inside joke. What we ran out of is “food we like to eat”. Not “food we can eat if we need to.” Mostly we ran out of eggs, pancake mix, biscuits, tomatoes (and other fresh fruits and vegetables), chips, crackers and cereal. We had plenty of frozen meat, canned veggies, canned beans, etc… We weren’t in any danger of going hungry, we were in danger of having to actually cook a meal.
I live in the Denver metro area and I got almost two feet of snow. I heard Conifer got almost three feet. That is not far from you, Cosmic.
Same for us. We ran out of ready to eat or quick cook stuff.
Worst part was for the dog. She had nowhere to do her business. I had to shovel a path to some grass in the backyard. She was stressed out about the little space I shoveled.
I drove through Conifer today. If they got three feet, they are hiding it well. I got a bit more than a foot overall. Maybe sixteen inches.
