All the standard disclaimers apply. This blogsite is intended for my personal observations on my life, public life, religion, philosophy, politics, in short, anything I care to write about. The title of the blog should indicate that my political philosophy has nothing to do with my religion, and in fact one goal of this blog is to demonstrate that the philosophy of conservatism has no direct connection with religion at all. My educational and job histories are in the hard science and technology realms, so it is my intention to use facts and logic in debate.
A few points of etiquette for the blog: 1. I retain the right to absolute control over the content of the blogsite. 2. I will do my best to listen and respond politely to debate, but this blog is not intended as a place for you to publish your personal agenda, for that you will need to get your own blog. 3. I have a real job and it sometimes pulls me in for extended work efforts, so there may be times that my posts are pretty thin. 4. If a poster is rude and/or offensive I reserve the right to delete posts and may take more drastic action to maintain the demeanor I prefer on this site.
Thanks for taking the time to stop by. It will be interesting to see what, if anything, develops from this.
