She said $20 and she will “do anything you want.” I don’t have that in writing though. Not sure she can write… Doesn’t seem to be a job requirement for her.
She sounds like a hard working person having a hard time doing what she needs to do to get by. She didn’t make you give her money for nothing (steal). And, she didn’t sit on her butt while collecting a check from you via the govt (also stealing). Good for her, and yes it shouldn’t be illegal.
