I should find a Youtube video of that song… It’s thought to be a children’s song but that is not where it came from. It came from the desperate plight of the homeless hordes of the “Grapes of Wrath” generation, much like “Ring around a rosie” was a song meant to teach how to avoid catching the bubonic plague…
