Been crazy busy lately. Work is insane, been working nonstop on a major program, including weekends lately, and at the same time trying to get the house painted and fixed up for sale. Probably going to continue like this for a few more weeks.

OK, it appears the import of comments to Disqus has finished. I have mixed feelings about that, but it’s not a huge deal. Not sure what this is, how it works or whether it’s any good, but I’ve added the “Disqus” plugin to my blog. I have a Disqus account and will be using that for my roving blogging comments all over the web from now on.
So… CC has been on the new servers about a week now. I would be interested to hear if anyone feels there has been any change in performance, either positive or negative. I’ll post my own thoughts assuming I get some input from others. I don’t want to skew anyone’s opinions.
Please respond to this post so that I know the DNS changes have propagated to the world at large. Just a quick “yep, I can comment” would do nicely. Thanks in advance.
I managed to recover the posts and comments “lost” during the move. They aren’t formatted exactly right and I had to insert reader comments in a single comment from me, but the content is all there. Now I hope we don’t have to move the site again for a long time…
